sims: bustin out for GBA, paradise island?

Does anyone know any other way to get paradise island without the link between two GBA's?
 
actually there is, i've done it before, i'm still trying to figure out how to do it again -_-
 
Paradside Island

Go to library and go on library computer and get connected to a 2 GBA 1 and 2 GBA has to go to the library and get connected on the computer and then you have to go to the docks and the boat will drive you there:) i have never done befor :) :D
