Skype and bluetooth for hearing ?

Does anyone use a blue tooth device with skype ?
I'm trying to eliminate speaker feedback so want to use a separate hearing piece, which ones work well with skype and which do not ?

I tried a corded ear peice but want to eliminate the cord.

There are Wireless Headphone Systems. You can look them up in your local Electronic Stores.
