Ok so heres the deal. Im planning on buying skyrim tomorrow, but i cant decide what i should get it for. I was going to get it for pc because of the better graphics and i could play in my room. However im a little worried about controls on the pc. I never play games on the pc and I think it might be difficult for me to play a game on the pc. Im much more used to the xbox controller. Will i get used to the pc controls fast?? Please help!

If you have a PC that can run it, definitely get the PC version. Better graphics + the inevitable mods that will be available lift it far above the console versions.

You could probably get an Xbox controller to work on it without much difficulty either.

What you wanna do mate is consider what you prefer in this case.

PC Gaming is gonna offer you a lot of hot keys and since you can be sure that you will be using an inventory a lot, a PC Mouse can definitely have it's advantageous. Not to mention that PC Computers generally have far better particle effects then the 360, so you can expect a more graphic experience with the PC.

However, the 360 is quicker to get into, it will always work and the controls are much more intuitive.

In my opinion, I'd get it on the PC, I remember when I went through the phase of going from the 360 to the PC and it was a tough one, but well worth it in the end.
On that note you can always hook up a 360 controller to your PC and use the 360 controller on the PC version of Skyrim, that way if you decide to swap to the PC keyboard and Mouse you can, all while keeping the graphics at a high quality. Skyrim is great in that it has the option to swap to the 360 controller layout in the options to help make this easier for you.
