So basicly I sleep next to my ipod touch (it's my alarm for waking up every morning) and since I don't have a nightstand I sleep next to it or around it in my bed. Sometimes I hold it and sometimes I'm really far away from it.

Can someone please tell me if this is okay? or is it unhealthy? because it says phone and it's an ipod touch and I really don't understand this at all. Please help me, I have no discomfort of any sort whatsoever but I'm really worried now ):
