I was watching some video about an alien abduction victim who was being interviewed in some hypnotic recovery thing. and the host that was talking was saying how it might have just been sleeping paralysis. I know what sleeping paralysis is but where does it come from and why does your brain like do this to you? It confuses me.. Ive never had it. But have any of you? I wanna hear your stories just because it interests me is there any way to stop it? thanks
