I cannot sleep the whole night without waking up either from reflux, or back pain. I am up every two hours. Any suggestions? pain medicine does even help. I think I am going crazy staying up all the night, and tired all day long.
If it is acid reflux the doctor may prescribe you Rabeprazole which works very well.(It is what I take for my reflux) As for back pain you can use a TENS machine. There is a bloke at work who used it for his, and it took away all pain. They only cost about £20
