Smarties are stuck in my anus. Need serious help here. No joke. Help?

Well I have like a lot of guys here and we were all having a good time with toys and stuff. And somebody pulled out a bag of smarties and thought it would be brilliant to put it in a anus and push it farther in with a penis. And now they're stuck up there and I can feel them blocking my bowels. I had my mates attempt to pull'em out. But they're in there pretty deep. This is 100% serious and I need honest answers. This is an honest question. If you're wondering what smarties are they are candies. I don't think they sell them in the U.S. It doesn't hurt and I can wait a little longer. But it's kinda blocked up there. I don't have health insurance. And even if I did I'm not going to the emergency room. I'll say this again -- This is a serious and honest question. I don't care if you laugh but please provide actual answers.

Crap it out, serious answer.

Oh, and they do sell them in the United States. But we eat them, we don't shove it up our anus.
