I put a road bike on ebay and somebody messaged me saying they wanted the bike and would pay the full amount but didn't wanna wait for the auction to end ($600 or $700 buy it now, with 6 days left, so he wanted it for the $600). I agreed because I didn't have any bids and could of used the money sooner. Anyway he's more than excited about it and said I didn't have to fix the rear flat tire, didn't have to worry about anything and he's still cool with the $600. He's from Bed-Stuy Brooklyn so I have to travel an hour to him. I heard the neighborhood isn't the best but I've never been there, although I have spent a good amount of time more east in Carroll Gardens. But I have his address, number, email and name and he wants to meet in the early afternoon. So I'm just wondering if there's a chance I'm going to get robbed and have my bike stolen.
