So, I'm a bit overweight and I love to eat, Can you help me get a great workout plan

and a healthy diet? Okay, I know you're probably thinking, how can a 13 year old be worried about their weight?! But, I can be, and I'm 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds.
IF you do not think that that is overweight, I would still like to know how to keep a healthy diet and a great workout plan so I can get a bit skinnier and stay in shape.
So please help me ! (:
