my bro gave me a call the other day saying that ive been working out wrong...this is my workout:workout upper body, arms, etc every other day. what he told me i was doing wrong was the fact that i should be giving my body more rest rather than a day. according to him its BETTER to workout 2 muscles per day then rest for 3 days. is that the best way??? i am looking for the fastest results. appreciate your answers
