okay, so I joined the Army and in June im leaving for basic, so im trying to get in shape and stuff, im 17, 6'1" and roughly 170 lb. i have a pull up bar (one of them Iron Gyms) so i can do 15 undergrip pulls ups and 13 over hand,
when i go to basic am i allowed to pick what type of pull ups?
and how else should i get in shape?
