Like magic, no more bike. 2) Take the bike and move it to the nearest spot not on your property by hand whenever it appears on your property. 3) Have the bike towed by a tow truck. 4) Take hack-saw and cut the bike in two pieces. 5) Wait by the bicycle until its owner shows up. Have a talk with them. 6) Take the wheels off the bicycle and put it on cinder blocks.
