Someone keeps harassing me on my cell phone!?

On a serious note.. if it doesn't stop, contact your network provider and tell them to block the number because they are harassing you (make sure there is no hidden charge because it's harassment).

Get a ringtone for the caller and then when you hear it. You can ignore it.
