Someone literally carved a picture onto the hood of my car.?

When they carved it out they had to of put something on it. Because it wasn't just scratched. The paint just came off in the shape of the picture. It's coming off in the shape of the picture. What can do that to paint on a car?
 
There are several chemicals that will destroy paint on a car. Of course there is the common paint thinners, then there is acids, and brake fluid will destroy paint. Did you file a police report? Now you will have to have the paint totally stripped off the hood and have it reprimed and repainted. Or are you fishing for ideas to do to someone else' car?

Brake fluid does wonders to paint, like tears holes in it.
