Sometimes do you ever just feel like screaming? Why?

Just wondering... I feel like screaming really loud right now but I dono why...
 
oh yeah!!!! basically because of my kids fighting all the time and cuz of the crazies I deal with on a day to day basis thanks to my job.
 
When I have a lot of pent up energy and no way to release it.

Or if I just want to break the tension in a room, i find it works rather well...
 
i do....to let out all the emotions...like freeing them..happy sad...mad..glad..excited...angry

It is good to scream sometimes. Screaming helps get the anger tension stress out of you. It can also help when you are happy or excited and it helps you relax LOL. Sometimes when I am fighting with brother or sisters or just fighting with anybody in general I go in my room and I scream into my pillow cause I get so aggravated and it helps me release my anger. If you feel like screaming then scream. Just dont scream loud enough so that people think something is wrong LOL.
 
Sometimes I actually hear myself screaming in my head. It is an overwhelming amount of pressure that has built up, all the unprocessed anxiety and tension. It really helps to take some time out to meditate and ease your mind that way. Or you can go the other way and scream into a pillow. That's a great relief of tension as well. But the best thing I have found is journaling. Just get a notebook and write down all those things on your mind and all of those feelings...write anything and everything. It helps me quite a bit, I hope it helps you.
 
We may be human but we are still animals. Its only natural to just scream or yell- you need to get some energy out of your system and its only a natural response. But I wouldnt just scream in the middle of your school or office- do it someplace where no one will think you are getting hurt or something (like in your car). Believe me, I think everyone needs a good yell from time to time. Life is stressfull!!
