Sometimes I actually hear myself screaming in my head. It is an overwhelming amount of pressure that has built up, all the unprocessed anxiety and tension. It really helps to take some time out to meditate and ease your mind that way. Or you can go the other way and scream into a pillow. That's a great relief of tension as well. But the best thing I have found is journaling. Just get a notebook and write down all those things on your mind and all of those feelings...write anything and everything. It helps me quite a bit, I hope it helps you.
