So I can't figure out this song, I have some lines from it, but can't figure out the song. Any help is greatly appreciated. Anything in quotations are things I heard in the song, anything posted after something else came after it in the song

This line I thought would lead me to the song, but it doesn't
Line(I think the song started with this - "Rearrange Hope"

the shortly after this line is repeated 3 times "it's just like you do"

If you want to know what the song is, it's Biology Tracks by Centro-Matic, from their album Love You Just the Same.

Excellent, excellent band with a lot of great albums. The singer has also released albums under the name South San Gabriel and his own name, Will Johnson.

Definitely worth checking out and the album Love You Just the Same is a good place to start.
