Sony Blue Ray player buzzing?

What is that intermittent audio buzz I get when watching burned, non-BR DVD discs? Otherwise, the picture is awesome and only SOMETIMES the audio is sharp and clean...for the most part the buzzing is absolutely annoying for such a high quality A/V unit? Ideas?

If you are connected using hdmi cables, the quality of the audio is so much better than that of a/v cables, that might be the problem. Play the same disc and use a/v cables and see if you get the same buzzing noise
