sony ericsson k800i ring tone sound and vibrating gone?

Hi just yesterday i noticed that when someone phoned me there was no ring tone or vibrate my phone just flashed like it was on silent. my message tone and vibration still works as normal though. if i go into sound settings and look at my profile it shows ring tone and vibration is on but when i go into my ring tones to change or listen to them it states cannot play this sound. any ideas?
p.s alarm tone and everything else working
Not knocked it, my 17month old had it in the morning though but he didnt bang it about, im wondering if hes pressed something! have tried taking battery out etc.
 
Have you knocked it?
Turn it off, take the battery out, put battery back in, turn back on.
Check if the vibration is working then.
If not, give it a love-tap?
