SONY ERICSSON KEY BROKEN?

My Sony Ericsson C902 cybershot has a problem.
The number 1 key doesn't work. It has been sent to Sony Ericsson but they couldn't fix it.
I have gone underneath the keypad and made sure the buttons are on properly but that didn't change anything.
Is this the end of my Sony Ericsson?
Any suggestions would be appreciated! :)
I know I should get it fixed! I asked this question to get suggestions on how to do that, obviously!

Most Sony Ericson cybershot comes with detachable keypad(jack system) so, your phone is not at it's end. You can replace the keypad.
