hi so i am on the sony Ericsson website and it says that you can send long texts that is 9600 characters ok so i am on fido and 160 characters is one text so dose this mean that 9600 characters is 60 messages
 
i think it depends on who you're sending it to, and what type of phone they have. i can get like, a 6 page text, which is 160 characters each in one message on my phone. but i believe a lot of phones are different.

but your math is right.
 
you just continue typing and when you send it, it will say how many messages it is(how much they count it as for charging purposes) but the person you send it to will just get one txt
