I have no idea which one I want?! I have an android now.. and I love apps! But I also think the windows phone is so amazing!! Arghh I dunno !! xD
 
If you love android, carry on with android but not arc s,its a year old and competition in that price range has moved much forward. Try new phones like xperia sola,s advance, xperia u,j and htc desire x.
 
I think in the same price range as the phonesyou mentioned Xperia P is the best but it doesn't have microSD.
