How do you selectively download?

Like if you downloaded a HUGE torrent and wanted to extract only certain files with uTorrent, how would you do that?
Hmm.. it doesn't do that with mine, or maybe I'm just really oblivious and stupid. Does the fact I have a Mac alter it?

Once you load the meta-data file (The torrent file.) uTorrent will give you an option window to select what file you want to download.

If the file you are downloading is a .zip, .rar or any other archive file... you can not select a an individual file from within that archive.

I use U Torrent and download most of my things off thpirate bayd when you click download it lets you select which things you want to download if there are more then one...
