The Japanese mfgrs are best in terms of value for money. They all make a great product, well-engineered, reliable, long-lived, economical. I would rate Honda the highest and Kawasaki the lowest, but they are close.
Italian bikes are sexier and have a wonderful charming quality. Ducati, Aprilia, etc. But they aren't as practical, as reliable or long-lasting.
That's hard to answer without knowing what you mean by best. Fastest, best handling, lowest maintenance, coolest looking, etc.
We've had great luck with our Triumph Daytona. You don't see a lot of them around, it has plenty of pickup, corners like a dream, and hasn't had mechanical problems.
Of the ones you listed Ducati because...well, that's what I like given a choice. Others will prefer, well, others. It's a personal taste thing. Nothing wrong with the rest of the list by the way.
