I am planning on buying a new phone off of ebay. I was originally going to buy the Instinct, but i found out that you had to have a data plan, and i only have the standard Family Plan, with like 1500 minutes and unlimited text.
Anyway, i wanted to know if any of the following phones require a different plan, or if my plan will be fine with them. (I only want to use the phone for normal things: calling, texting, pictures, etc.)

Blackberry 8830
Blackberry Curve 8330
HTC Touch Diamond (not the european version. the sprint version.)
