ok so im going to puerto rico(part of the usa) over the summer and me and my bf want to keep in touch but he's going to dominican republic(part of south america) i have the plan where you can call anywhhere free after 7 does tht include dominican republic also he can call me from dominican republic with a minute card thingyy lol does tht cost me any money ??
