sprint sanyo incognito free ringtones?

i recently got the sanyo incognito for sprint. i have tried about a million different ways to get ringtones and still cant figure out how. i know that sprint blocks mp3s as ringtones, but i am able to set a video as a ringtone. ive tried ventones, myxer, phonezoo, and all those types of websites and tried downloading them to my computer and transferring it to my phone using a cable since i have no internet on my phone but nothing seems to work. is there a website where i can get ringtones sent to my phone in video form through a text message?

As far as I know, Sprint blocks just about every sort of ringtone you could think of. I even found a website once that said they had figured out the coding or whatever that Sprint uses for ringtones (because apparently it's different than other phone companies?) and it blocked that one too! You'd have better luck finding promo codes and using those to get ringtones from Sprint.
