Sprint Simply Everything Roaming?

With Sprints S.E. Plan, is there a limit to the amount of roaming you are allowed? I read somewhere that there are only a certain amount of hours you can roam without charges. I was considering Sprint, but noticed most of their coverage is roaming.
 
No that is not true. I have Sprint and if you need to make a call and the phone is roaming just dial the whole number for example 1- 212-555-5555
