stationary Bike? Easy quick question?

- I have a stationary bike that I use everyday

- I get plenty of cardio so I can burn off fat and get lean/cut

- What exactly should I set my stationary resistance to ?

- I set it to 1 or 2 resistance and pedal for an hour, is this okay for "burning off fat/calories?"

- and my diet is Excellent, very healthy

age- 18 Student
