on sunday I aquired a DP fit for life airgometer stationary bike.
I don't know how to ride a real bike but this was easy. I started off biking and I got distracted by a book I was reading. my pace was about 19.5mph and I went for 30 miles....
I had a little pain in my knees the next day but it went away. I've done 15 miles a day since sunday....any ideas on this?
is this good or bad?
my pace is always 19-20mph
btw I took the handles off for now so I'm not getting an upper body workout. I have a broken arm so it's difficult to use those.
