Staying motivated to work out and lose weight : / (RANT)?

Hello there i'm currently dealing with poor self-esteem heh.. BUT THERE IS A REASON WHY! About 1 year ago i weighed 230lbs, during my junior year summer i lost 40+lbs in 3 months and got down to 170lbs the natural and hard way by diet and exercise. Unfortunately i've always dealt with BAD family problems and my life took a turn for the worst so i managed to gain all the weight back out of sheer depression and lack of motivation to diet or exercise :l i'm once again 230lbs... & have been running for a week now but slowly i'm starting to fall into my usual cycle of being lazy and not giving a flying yoo hoo bout my diet & exercise... this is sort of a rant because i am pissed lol & i am quite aware my grammar and punctuation is terrible. I just really need some peoples advice on my situation...

I am desperate to losing weight and have pretty much brainwashed myself that unless i get my old figure back i'll never be as happy as i once was. Some of you might say 'Well you did it before, why don't you just do it again?'' well i told myself the same thing but running 2-3 miles on a daily basis is grueling and requires pure determination and motivation both which i have lost long ago lol.. i have been running a mile daily and eating frequent small meals of w/e i want (i rarely would eat junk food while i was dieting) i need tips advice or w/e you can give me to help my current situation please and tyvm ^ ^

NOTE: i used to run 2miles daily & had a job that was physically strenuous, i no longer can run anywhere close to 2miles straight and am desperately looking for a job lmao. Back then i had so much spirit and motivation for life =T
