Stereo skips with bass, solutions?

OK so i have a pioneer DEH-P5000UB head-unit, and when i turn my bass on, once the volume hits above 5 it skips, any possible fixes? and any recommendations for better non-skipping head-units that r still affordable?

i have 2 08S15L7-D4's wired into 1ohm going to a power akoustik SL3400D pushing 2600W RMS at a 1ohm load. i also have a jensen 760W 4-channel going to my kicker components pushing 75W RMS per channel along with a BOSS CAP8 8 farad capacitor.
