stereo systems for honda civic coupes 01-05? help?

im very interested in buying a honda civic coupe. any year from 01-05. the only problem i have is that the radio on the dash currently isnt so attractive and id like to replace it with a whole new stereo system. different subwoofers and the whole nine. something that an ipod maybe be compatible with, but its not completely necessary. any tips on how i can do this, where i can, or IF i can? lol thanks so muchh!
