Struggling to send files from my phone to computer via bluetooth?

I have a Nokia 5310 Xpress Music and a Belkin Bluetooth Adaptor for my computer. I can send files from my computer to my phone but when I try to send anything from my phone to my computer I get the message "connection failed".

It is set to allow connections from other devices so can anyone suggest what I should do?

I also had this problem. Don't keep it too close to the switch of the bluetooth of the computer. You must keep it 15 - 20 cm left / right hand side of your computer to get the signal. In case this also doesn't happen then contact your vendor or choose on Windows "Recieve File" in the bluetooth menu.

Try to Pair the computer to phone. There might be a box the pops up on phone and or computer saying this device is trying to connect.
Allow connections? You need to say yes on the pc and or phone
