Stupid banner on Verizon LG flip phone?

Just got a "new" verizon LG flip phone, it was my brothers before. It has a banner underneath the Personal Banner, its basically another Personal Banner but I can't seem to find where I can change it. My stepbrother has no idea how to change it but he remembered it was really hard to find.
Model# UX8100

PS. it isnt one of the banners that says ' Verizon Wireless'

HELP! the banner says a stupid childish statement.
