Suggest best car audio configuration for 18 - 20 K ?

There are so many different combinations available in the market. I am a little confused. My car is Vista.

Head unit with bluetooth, usb port.

Speakers (2 component or 4 way for back + 2 dual cone for front or door ).

Subwoofer and amplifier because i like to have good thumping music.

Tweeters if you think, the configuration will rock.

The max i can go would be 20 K. Can you suggest.
