Lucky you! I have been to Disney with my husband and my parents, and with my husband and my daughter, her husband and two grandkids, and with just myself in my husband, and let me tell you, Disney World without kids is a blast!!

Nice hotels...Disney has a ton of them. I've stayed in two: Coronado Springs Resort and Caribbean Beach Resort. Both very comfortable and relaxing.

Who goes to Disney to relax? Especially for just four days and three nights! You realize there are four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot) and you will need a full day for each park. That doesn't leave you much time for relaxing. If you have to forego one theme park, I'd give Hollywood Studios a miss. It's OK, but far and away my least favorite.

Go online to the Disney website and look into vacation packages. They have some amazing specials going on right now.

Have a wonderful trip!

Four days, three nights. Suggestions for a nice hotel (relaxation a must if that's possible in Disney) and activities.

I suggest you take me along, and then we will plan a good time! jk I have never been there before, so have fun, and tell Mickey sooner or later I might get to come see him!

The Animal Kingdom Lodge was wonderful. Beautiful and quiet. We had a balcony over looking the savannah. We woke up early in the morning and had coffee while watching the animals. Can't believe how much we enjoyed it.
Also try a tour. Most are for age 16 and up. We took the Keys to the Kingdom tour at Magic Kingdom. It was wonderful. Plenty of times to sit and rest too. We all loved it, worth every penny.

I can tell you one hotel to go to at disney world in orlando. The Grand Floridian ! other than that you better get ready to put up with ill mannered Foreign tourist as well as lots of children (including their parents)that have No Manners whatsoever.
For instance if you try to view the Main Street parade the parents take the front curb spot rather than let the little children get up front to see.(real considerate) ?
Granted it's for kids but it's amazing to see the parents act worse than the children.
I would suggest a cruise as plan A and only a Disney property as a last resort.
re: the foreigners, they push, talk during shows, jump lines, and act like they just arrived off the boat from ???
