Suggestions on a main mexican dish?

URGENT!!!! HELP!!!!! I don't cook (my boyfriend doesn't know that). He wants me to make him dinner this weekend (OH BOYEEEEEE). Any how, he loves Mexican food, so I need help finding a recipe for a MAIN MEXICAN DISH. He loves Guacamole so that will be the side dish. Please help me figure out what I can make that is simple, easy, but at the same time yummy... I need help.. So please respond. Thank you
