Suitable plans for me, Sprint, Verizon, or AT&T..?

I just stay in the US around 4 months of the summer, and I need a good plane for me that doesn't cost above $30/month ...I use it for receiving and making international calls ..and texting my friends

last summer I used tracfone but it wasn't that good coz I had to pay for each call i make or receive ...


ANY SUGGESTIONS??!!
