i play badminton and tennis. and i have both shoes for badminton and another for tennis. i want to know what is consider as the suitable shoes because i'm toe nails are taking a toll with the shoes...it turn black and then my nail would come off just like that. the sizes of my shoes are perfect. am i suppose to buy 1 size bigger?
