it means the sum of your ancestors since 1100 AD (average generation 30 years ) u would have 2,147,483,646 ancestors

how can explain that .......there never been that number of people ?????

They estimate there to have been about 310 million people back then. You would have to consider that without birth control, some people had more then 20 children. In fact, the Bible suggests that some men had as many as 60 children.

So a lot of people came from a single man, and a lot of people came from a single woman. Ancestors didn't necessarily come from different families, either. When you trace it back that far, its hard to tell what happened.

Plus, you have the sum of all the ancestors. Your equation doesn't require there to have been 2 billion back in 1100 A.D., just a total of 2 billion over 900 years.

Now, lets look at the equation. Every 30 years (as you called a generation), the number of people would have doubled.

Generation 2 took 4 people
Generation 3 took 8 people
Generation 4 took 16 people

In 900 years, there are only 30 generations. So you're looking for this:

2^n

Where n is the number of generations. There would have been 2^30 or 1, 073,741,824. Just over 1 billion people.

But remember ~ some of the next generation came from the same people. When you're looking at 1 billion people and the combination they made that went another 900 years before the people that made your parents, its fair to say that they could have been all the way around the world in different places from each other.

It just takes a bit of consideration, but you know there has to be an answer.
