Hi, I'm doing a research paper on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I need to interview someone who is diagnosed with PTSD. (Not self-diagnosed!) Please be 100% honest and answer the questions. I am planning on going to a VA Hospital and finding a vet with PTSD and interviewing him/her, but if that doesn't work out I want to have a back up.
Questions:
1) How long have you been diagnosed with PTSD?
2) How old were you when you joined the military and when did you leave the military?
3) How many children do you have?
4) Do you consume alcohol on a regular basis? If so, how much alcohol do you consume?
5) Do you smoke cigarettes regularly? If so, how much do you typically smoke?
6) Do you ever feel irritable, anxious, or restless to the point where it’s difficult to do simple, everyday tasks?
7) Do you use any drugs?
8)What methods are you using to treat or cope with PTSD?
