I had an xbox and one day it scratched up a disc pretty badly. I didn't move it or anything but it scratched it. Haven't used it since..I bought another about 2 months ago and I just got the E-74 Error. Neither of them have warranties. I was wondering what it would take to swap the drive out of the E-74 xbox into my old one. The old drive is a Toshiba Samsung the new drive is a Phillips. Would I have to flash the drive or anything to get it to work?
