Syncing songs from iTunes to Sansa Clip... help!?

I have one of those little Sansa clip MP3 players, and I download my music from iTunes.

What I do now is: Make a CD with the iTunes songs, Rip the CD to Windows Media Player, and then sync the songs onto my MP3.

I understand that only iPods can be synced directly from iTunes.

I don't want to use a different kind of music download system like Rhapsody, I want to stay on iTunes for sure.

So what is an easier way to sync iTunes songs to Sansa? How do you do it?
