I got a Samsung wave from T-mobile 12 days ago and everything that could go wrong with it has. I phoned them on day 6 to complain but couldn't make it into the shop until today (day 12) I wanted a replacements phone but they insisted that they couldn't give me one. Instead i was fobbed off with a cheap £10 replacement phone for four weeks while it gets fixed and i'm still left paying insurance and my contract for a phone i don't have. Is there not a policy where i can get a new phone straight away or sooner rather than having to wait four weeks and put up with all their nonsense? I took my contract out in their shop in-case that makes a difference and i pay £30 for the contract and £7 for insurance.
