T-mobile $15 Unlimited Text* with 10¢/min Talk questions?

this plan is a prepaid plan and about the unlimited text is it that i just pay 15 dollars and i get unlimited texting and i have to pay extra for talk ?
\will i pay only $15 and get unlimted texting and pay extra for the talk?
im really confused about this if u could help me out and let me know what this plan is like

DONT get t-mobile they suck in coverage!!! i have them and they suck. and if that is a go phone it will suck more cuz it is on there prepaid network! go and get the at&t go phone unlimited and you will have ALOT better coverage. i really hope i helped :) and trust me they have the worst ever coverage. :S
