If you purchase a phone along with a new plan (I am a current customer of T-Mobile, but my 2 years are up and I want a new plan/phone) from AMAZON, how do I cancel my current plan?

Also how do I pay for the bills to come? Do you pay with checks or does the bill go directly to your credit card?

Also, is it safe to purchase stuff with my credit card on Amazon? What if someone steals my credit card info?

Ask T-mobile:

Ask Amazon for your other questions.

Amazon is fine, never had a problem myself.

If you want a new plan, just call T-Mobile's customer care at 1-800-937-8997. If you get a new plan on T-Mobile through Amazon.com, then the service is still through T-Mobile, and you'd pay your bills through T-Mobile just as you always have.

I purchase stuff from Amazon.com all the time with my credit card; they have a good, secure web site, and on the very rare occasions I've had problems with a seller (I buy used books and CDs a lot), Amazon has taken care of the problem very promtly. If there's a problem with Amazon itself (which has only ever happened to me once in the several years I've been dealing with them), they will also make it right VERY quickly.
