T-mobile flexpay plan question!?!?

I am going to the t-mobile store today,and i want to kno how much do you think i will spend before i leave this store today?
i want to get the T-mobile flex pay plan,and i was wondering does this includes free phones if not
do i have to pay for the
Phone,My plan,and the monthly service?..
i am totally confused.. can any one explain to me?
