T-Mobile Primary Account Holder help?

I just assigned my tmobile accout as the primary account holder. And I'm tryna change my services for Individual and that is "Block Text and Picture Messages". Everytime I try to click change services, it always says this "We're sorry— Services are currently unavailable while we work to improve the site for you. Please try again later.", but when i change plans or services from other family lines, no problem. but on my account it jus keeps saying that error. any help? will it help if i go to a tmobile store and ask them to change my services?
