So it has never sone this untill today. It will just randomly turn off. If I'm in the middle of something, if it's just sitting there. Anything. Counted 27 times today.

It has full battery.
Good signal.
Not accidentally hitting the power button.
Does not turn back on by it's self.
Phone is up to date.
Does it randomly and frequently.
Battery fits snuggly.
No water damage.
Not over heating.
No warning or anything, screen just goes black like the battery was pulled.
I do turn it off weekly to avoid random resets.
Had it since March 24th 2011, today is, June 17th 2011. Was doing this all day yesterday (16th)

Does anyone know what could be wrong or how to fix this?

This is very obnoxious since I loose any phone call I'm in or work I'm in the middle of doing. I fear it may turn off tonight and my alarm won't go off.

That is a very confusing situation. But sometimes phones randomly do that. But if it is a regular procedure, than your phone card probably had an error while being produced. You might want to get a refund or switch phone companies. Due to feedback"s of many people, Verizon is the company that is very unlikely to randomly shut down.
Hope this helps :)
